History:
Since 1991 Rediscovery and Lester B. Pearson College together have created one of the most unique, exciting and transforming outdoor learning experiences to be found. The program has more than 130 activities based on the spirit of sharing and caring, communicating with other cultures, and connecting with our natural environment. With an average of 40 participants representing nearly as many countries and Indigenous nations taking part, this annual program has become one of the largest and most important cross-cultural gatherings on the west coast.
Beautiful West Coast Setting:
L.B Pearson College is nestled in a huge rainforest beside the Pacific Ocean in one of the most beautiful settings in Canada. People from all walks of life and all countries come together to learn more about themselves and each other. It is one of the eleven United World Colleges located throughout the globe, dedicated to bring peace in the world.
